Below: The Post’s Jonathan Forsythe talks about Synthesis.

Synthesis Multimedia Productions worked in a supporting role on this incredible documentary-style web series by The Post’s Brad Horn. The series, which tracked the nation’s top football recruit, Da’Shawn Hand, was turned into a full-length documentary and will be screened on Sept. 3, 2014 at Woodbridge High School. There will be an additional screening at NPR on Oct. 16, 2014.

The weekly episodes, which featured behind-the-scenes footage of Hand and the Woodbridge Vikings, are now presented in a full-length film capturing the emotion and drama of a high school senior on the verge of one of the biggest decisions of his life.

A conversation with Woodbridge High School football coach Karibi Dede, Post video journalist Brad Horn, and The Post’s Video deputy editor Jonathan Forsythe (moderator) will immediately follow the screening. Jayne Orenstein, Video editor, and Sohail Al-Jamea, Graphics editor, will also be in attendance.
